University of Nevada Reno, provides information on regional earthquakes in the state of Nevada and links to ongoing research at the center. Also has links to earthquake information in Spanish.
- Pacific Northwest Seismic Network (PNSN), located at the University of Washington is the host university for Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology (IRIS). The site also includes links to seismic centers from around the world, and contains information on general earthquake science, outreach recourses, and provides access to world-wide seismic data for free.

- Southern California Earthquake Center (SCEC), is a collaborative organization of California earthquake scientists, which provides information on southern California earthquakes, ongoing research and also hosts the Southern California Earthquake Data Center.
- The California Integrated Seismic Network (CISN) is a partnership among federal, state, and university agencies involved in California earthquake monitoring. The CISN is dedicated to serve the emergency response, engineering, and scientific communities. The CISN is a region of the Advanced National Seismic System.
